Julie comes to us from Farm Bureau Insurance. She and her husband, Jerome, reside in Wilkesboro.  Julie has knowledge in the real estate field due to her grandmother, Louise Taylor, was the first female Realtor in Surry County.Julie spends her free time cooking, working out, enjoying time with her family and taking care of her animals.

Kelly Wingler

Kelly is the Property Manager for Blair Properties, LLC and has been in Property Management for more than 14 years. She manages over 120 properties and works hard to assist clients in their particular requirements regarding their rental needs. Kelly has a great knowledge of the area as well as being a born and raised in Wilkes County which makers her a perfect fit for Blair Properties Rentals. Kelly works with a diverse group of people and is always considerate of those around her. She is responsible for taking Rental Applications and interviewing any potential clients. Her concern is not only for her clients but she is very considerate of the Property Owners and has their best interest in renting their properties.
